Everyone needs an Alice

I ♥ Alice!

I have been ordering my household goods like coffee, toilet paper, feminine schtuff, shampoo, cleaning supplies and medicine cabinet crap from them for a couple months, now.

Shipping is free, takes about 2 days and comes in a very clean, well-packed box.

Most of the stuff I buy from the site costs less or about the same as Target, plus I don’t have to travel to the store, spend all kinds of time shopping, and then sitting in line!

I stole this banner from their web site so that you can click on it to check it out. When you sign up, you get $10 off your first order of $50 or more.

I can’t help but say good things about Alice.com because they have saved me a TON of time and it’s just plain fun to shop there. And you know how much I fucking HATE to go shopping!

I HATE grocery shopping! You seem surprised…not sure why, since I’ve pointed it out before!

I guess shopping at Target is OK, but here is a couple scenarios for you:

    1) Go shopping with like, eleven dollars, knowing that you have to buy about twelve things, one of them being meals for 2 or 3 days, the other being prescriptions or necessary household items (say, toilet paper, cat food, or dish soap or some other thing you can’t really substitute), and realize that you can only buy maybe 1 or 2 of those things, not all. You wind up being in the store for over an hour for a trip that should have taken 15-20 mins., because you go around putting stuff back that you can’t afford to get. Then you get home and feel like it was a wasted trup because you didn’t get everything you really needed.

    -OR-

    2) Try going shopping without a car, knowing you have to lug whatever you buy onto a bus, then carry it for blocks in places where the bus doesn’t drop you immediately outside where you need to be.

Then get back to me :P
